FAQs

Q?

Is this repairable?

A.

Please visit the Repair section by clicking HERE.

Q?

If I only damaged one of my propeller blades, do I need to send them all in for repair?

A.

Not necessarily.   Every Warp Drive propeller has its own individual serial number.  That serial number tells us all the information necessary for us to balance a single blade correctly so that it will match your other blades.  The serial number is written on the hub end of each of the blades (on the collar end) and on a sticker that is on one of your blades. Now, if you have a high number of hours on your propeller, the blades may not weigh the same as they did when they were originally shipped as new.  It is then recommended that you send in all the blades so that we can balance them as a complete set after the repair work is finished.  This is the only way we can guarantee that the propeller will be balanced and run smooth.  For more repair information please click HERE.

Q?

Do Warp Drive Propellers actually warp?

A.

It depends on your definition of "warp." Of course, there is some blade flex under loading but in general, no, Warp Drive propellers are some of, if not the, stiffest composite propellers on the market.

Q?

What is the turn around time for propeller repairs?

A.

Average repair times vary depending on the extent of the damage.

Once we receive your damaged parts we can assess the damage and know more accurately. Average turn-around time is 10 working days.

Q?

What does a Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee actually guarantee?

A.

We only want satisfied customers.  If for any reason you are not happy with the propeller, please contact us so we can discuss it.  Please give us a chance to troubleshoot the issue and we may be able to recommend a solution or make a change to the propeller.  If not, you may return the propeller for a refund.  It is common to have a refinishing fee around $100 deducted from the purchase price and we don't refund the shipping costs.  If you purchased your propeller through a dealer of ours, please click HERE to download, fill out and return a copy of our Serial Number Registration Form.

Q?

What can I download from your website?
